Your details are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time.

Booking and enquiry information is retained for accounting purposes as required by Australian law.

Course places are confirmed once payment or an approved purchase order is received.

Course materials are provided for the personal use of the enrolled participant and may not be redistributed.

We may substitute the instructor or adjust content where necessary to maintain the quality of delivery.

Cancel more than 7 days before your session for a full refund.

Cancel within 7 days and you may reschedule once at no cost, or receive a 50% refund.

If we cancel a session, you will always be offered a full refund or a transfer to the next cohort.
